ENGINE PROTECTION
The grille located in front of the engine's air intake protects it from impurities, debris and dust.

MUFFLER PROTECTION
The muffler protection grille protects the operator from accidental contact and impacts.

TRANSMISSION OREC.

The transmission is a fundamental part of a machine and its good design and construction makes Orec machines more professional.
For this reason, to provide the highest quality, Orec designs and builds its own transmissions in-house.
Orec flail mowers with mechanical gearbox are all equipped with a 3-speed forward and 1 reverse transmission, and are also equipped with a differential lock.
The particular reliability of these transmissions, designed for heavy-duty work, avoids breakages or costly maintenance interventions and allows them to last a long time.

TRACTOR WHEELS.

Orec uses a very accentuated tractor profile to allow for less crushed material to be mixed into the tread, ensuring optimal traction at all times.

FLAG CUTTING GROUP.

The best cutting system for finely reducing shrubs and vegetation tested by Orec and used for many years in the field are the Y-flails.
Grass, shoots, branches, small prunings, shrubs, brushwood: Orec flail mowers stop at nothing, ensuring thorough cleaning of land, orchards, and vineyards thanks to their powerful rotor with flail blades.
The oscillation of the knives prevents damage to the machine when accidentally coming into contact with obstacles such as stones, rocks or particularly resistant materials.

HANDLEBAR AND CONTROLS.

The solid handlebar is made of all metal parts to allow for greater durability over time.
The steering levers are particularly ergonomic, easy to grip and operate without effort.
By operating 2 special levers it is possible to adjust the height of the handlebar in 4 positions and laterally in 5 positions.

HIGH STRENGTH BELTS.

OREC only uses belts made in JAPAN.

The belts used are specific for agricultural machinery that have a reverse curvature transmission and belt tensioning pulleys.

To increase the useful life of these belts they use gears with reduced thickness and carefully study the positions of the various components used for tension.

These straps can withstand temperatures ranging from -30°C to +90°C.

They have high resistance to fire and oil.

SIDE LOCKING SYSTEM (SBL)

The lateral steering clutches, when pressed, lock the respective wheel allowing easy rotation of the machine, especially when used on slopes.

This system is featured on the HR672H and HR812H models.

HIGH LEVEL CONTROL CABLES.

The control cables of all Orec flail mowers are lubricatable and adjustable as standard.

They give softness to the levers and delicacy in the maneuver and guarantee longer life of use in dusty conditions.
