COBRA KNIPEX adjustable pliers, model 8701.
Only 85 g in weight and 125 mm long: this is the Knipex Cobra 87 01 125 pliers. The Mini-Cobra pliers fit in every pocket. Nonetheless, it has a grip capacity of 27 mm. The good reasons to use this highly versatile adjustable pipe and nut pliers are obvious. It is particularly light, stable, quickly positionable on the workpiece and self-tightening, e.g. on pipes and nuts. With synthetic resin coated handles, the Knipex Cobra pliers ensure a non-slip grip.
Whenever a workpiece is too small, too dirty or too hot to grip with your fingers, the Mini-Cobra gripper shows its advantages. Thanks to its small size, it reaches even the most difficult to access pieces and allows a secure grip without slipping. To ensure this secure grip on the workpieces in the long term, we subject the gripping teeth to high frequency treatment, increasing their hardness to approximately 61 HRC. Thanks to the fine adjustment in 13 positions, the Cobra pliers can be optimally adjusted to various workpiece sizes.
