The TITANIUM 230 AC/DC FV is a single-phase AC/DC TIG welding power source. Smart and connected, it offers extremely precise arc control and industrial welding performance up to 230 A (16 A fuse) thanks to the integrated power factor correction. It combines excellent ergonomics and an extraordinary user experience with advanced welding functions.

6 TIG WELDING MODES.

DC Standard : Direct current welding on most ferrous materials.
DC pulsat : allows you to assemble the pieces while limiting the heat input (pulsations up to 2.5 kHz).
FastPulse : pulsations up to 20 kHz on special steel.

AC Standard : welding of aluminium and its alloys (Al, AlSi, AlMg, AlMn., etc.).
Pulsed AC : Precise penetration control by setting the AC frequency (pulses up to 500 Hz).
AC Mix: alternating AC and DC current to increase welding speed.

TIG WIZARD SOLUTION.

• Patented synergic mode: for maximum productivity with tack welding and welding of aluminum, steel, stainless steel and copper parts with or without filler metal.
• 5 type of assembly : BW - Butt to Butt, FW -Clin or BP - Inside Corner, Outside Corner or Wire to Wire for joining ends.
• Wizard Lab for creating complex welding cycles.

OPTIMIZED ADJUSTMENTS.

• 4 aiming modes:
  - Spot / Multi Spot: traditional spot welding before welding thin sheets.
  - Tack / Multi Tack: ultra-precise and oxidation-free tacking which reduces the risk of deformation.
• 3 types of trigger: Lift, HF and Touch.HF (timed high frequency trigger).
• 3 torch button managements : 2T, 4T and 4T LOG.
• AC waveform parameterization to facilitate arc and penetration control.
• E-TIG mode ensures that the welder respects the welding power regardless of the position of the torch in relation to the piece (controls the welding energy).

• MMA, MMA AC and Pulsed MMA modes (weldable electrodes up to Ø 8 mm).
• VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) can be activated to lower the no-load output voltage < 35 V.
• «FV» technology guarantees a stable electric arc even in the event of variations in the mains current (85 to 265 V), when powered by a generator or when using a power cable that is too long.
