Here's how we will proceed:

1. Telephone consultation
With the help of a technician, everything is often resolved by telephone

2. Immediate shipping of spare parts
If the problem is simple We will send you the necessary spare parts

3. If under warranty «6 months Satisfied / refunded»: Immediate replacement with new
If the first two points are not sufficient and if the machine is under warranty we will proceed with the replacement. ATTENTION: If the machine has been misused, we reserve the right to evaluate it when it returns.


4. If Warranty is normal or no longer under warranty: very quick collection and return
If the first two points are not enough and if the machine is out of warranty satisfied / refunded we proceed to very quick collection / accommodation / redelivery
