La qualità si vede quando qualcosa va storno, ho ricevuto quanto ordinato (gruppo elettrogeno) molto rapidamente. ma ho subito reclamato il fatto che non fosse nuovo (cartone rotto in molti punti, usura, niente cellofan, odore di benzina...) sono riuscito facilmente a parlare con un operatore che pur stupito - ha ipotizzato si trattasse di quello in esposizione e demo - ha attivato l'exchange, 48 ore dopo avevo il nuovo gruppo! sbagliare è umano, rimediare ad un errore è qualità del servizio.
