Le matériel est arrivé ce matin vers 9 heures. Tout était correct dans le colis.
Le moteur fonctionne très bien et après une heure de travail, j'ai fait une vidange en huile 100% synthèse, c'est ce qui me semble le meilleur actuellement.
Les couteaux sont très puissants et après un peu d'entrainement ça se manie bien.
Merci pour le gentil paquet de "pastas", ça fait toujours plaisir de recevoir un geste d'humanité en accompagnement des intransigeances commerciales.

confermo che larticolo è arrivato puntualissimo Lunedi mattina, appena aperta la scatola ho notato che il tagliasiepi non era correttamente imballato e che durante il viaggio ha sballottato a destra e sinistra
Per essere sicuro che il tagliasiepi non fosse sciupato ho fatto subito una prova pratica montando anche la prolunga e confermo con soddisfazione che tutto funziona egregiamente !!

Si mi è arrivato la spedizione è stata velocissima,ma preferirei aspettare un giorno in più e avere un imballo decente,una macchina da passa 400 eur imballata in malo modo,io ho fatto il magazziniere per 30anni e mi avrebbero licenziato se avessi fatto partire un ordine in quelle condizioni ......ma la Honda non ha il suo imballo originale???mi è arrivato dentro una scatola di un taglia piastrelle!!!! Fate attenzione perché la cura nella spedizione è troppo importante da voi certo non compro più!

Non per trovare delle scuse ma desidero spiegare ciò che è successo .
Questi modelli di decespugliatore arrivano non in una scatola singola ma due nello stesso cartone.
Nel Suo caso purtroppo il decespugliatore era lultimo e quindi non cera più il suo cartone originale. In magazzino hanno
adattato un altro cartone abbastanza lungo per contenere il decespugliatore.
In ogni caso è stato fatto un pessimo lavoro.
Quindi le chiedo nuovamente scusa e capisco perfettamente la Sua insoddisfazione.
