Non credo di aver mai incontrato, in quasi 30 anni di e-commerce un servizio clienti così serio e celere. Ho ordinato un rasaerba della Honda qualche giorno fa. Invio l’ordine alle 8:37 di mattina e nemmeno mezz’ora dopo era già stato spedito con consegna il giorno successivo. Purtroppo per un incidente (dovuto a nessuna della parti coinvolte, sono sfortuna) il carico è andato perso e fershop ha provveduto a sostituirlo immediatamente in meno di un giorno. Comunicazioni chiare e tempestive. Per non parlare dei pezzi, non credo troverete prezzi migliori in giro, il mio tosaerba costava 300 euro in meno rispetto al prezzo di listino e 100 euro in meno rispetto agli siti di e-commerce.

Effettuando il bonifico il decespugliatore viene scontato ulteriormente. Il prodotto è arrivato dopo 1 giornata e mezza dalla contabilizzazione del bonifico e nonostante io abiti in provincia di Bergamo la spedizione non ha subito ritardi, quindi puntualità IMPECCABILE.
Ho avuto modo di sentire telefonicamente il personale della ditta per questione di compilazioni dati e aggiungo che con tanta cordialità e disponibilità mi hanno corretto i dati spedizione in un attimo. Professionalità 100%.

Cependant sur le site il est indiqué que le matériel est testé avant expédition, dans mon cas il n'y avait pas d'essence dans le réservoir donc je ne pense pas qu'il ai été tester.

Je n'ai pas encore essayé la machine, mais tout semble en ordre.
Seul ennuie la livraison (pas de votre faute) - première livraison (mardi entre 10h00 et 15h00) non respecté et deuxième (le lendemain matin) non plus. La livraison a été effectué l'après midi et j'ai eu la chance d'être à la maison. La société de livraison, en plus, a promis de m'appeler pour me donner l'heure de livraison - pour compenser du fait qu'ils n'ont pas fait la livraison la veille. Pas d'appel.
Mais bon. Très bon contact avec vous, envoi fait rapidement (mais pas la livraison même) et des prix très compétitif. Reste à essayer la machine. Je n'ai pas vérifié qu'il y a de l'huile moteur dans la machine comme annoncé, mais s'il y en a c'est un point en plus pour vous !

Tutti gli articoli sono perfetti e soddisfacenti. La sola cosa che mi ha lasciato l'amaro in bocca é che Spedimar mi ha fatturato altri 73.60 CHF che poi non ho capito per cosa. In più: dodici giorni di tragitto. Se riuscite ad'inviarmi eventuali ordini futuri tramite la posta svizzera ricevo la merce entro 48 ore à basse spese di trasporto. Buongiorno, quali sono gli accessori che è consigliabile acquistare insieme al decespugliatore per tagliare erba folta ed incolta ? Quale filo di grosso diametro è meglio utilizzare ( sezione tonda o quadra ) e qual'è il codice da ordinare ? L'olio motore è compreso nella confezione ? Grazie Francesco

Buongiorno Francesco. Grazie per le domande. L'olio è già incluso in quanto proviamo la macchina prima di spedirla. Per il filo io userei un bel filo quadro robusto ( codice 548120). Il decespugliatore è originale Honda e funziona molto bene. Al primo colpo va in moto. Funziona a benzina verde normalissima. Ti ringrazio e resto a disposizione. Ciao. JF

Buonasera, i dischi a catena sono fuori produzione per ragioni di sicurezza. Adesso ne fanno di simili diamantati ma sono altrettanto pericolosi e fuori norma, quindi non li vendiamo né consigliamo.
Temo di non poterle dare alcun consiglio per il taglio dei rovi se non di utilizzare una classica lama con estrema attenzione a non prendere sassi.

Buongiorno . La sigla completa è Honda UMR 435 T LE ET . In pratica si tratta del decespugliatore a spalla. Il motore è portato sulla schiena ed è collegato all'asta tramite una prolunga flessibile. A presto. Fabrizio
