The GYS Portaspot 230 spot welder is a portable spot welder designed for assembling thin mild steel sheet metal, ideal for applications such as metal furniture manufacturing or vehicle restoration.

Designed for production in industrial workshops (non-intensive use), this portable spot welding system will be the ideal aid for assembling thin mild steel sheets, such as metal furniture or the restoration of old vehicles. This tool is equipped with an intuitive interface managed by a microprocessor that allows for very easy use.
PORTASPOT 230 is ideal for assembling thin sheets of mild steel (metal furniture, restoration of old vehicles, etc.).

CHARACTERISTICS.
- Synergic regulation: By selecting the thickness of the sheets to be assembled, the PORTASPOT defines the optimal spot welding current and time. (note: it is possible to manually adapt the spot welding time defined by the device).
- It allows welding sheet metal from 0.6 + 0.6mm to 2.0 + 2.0mm (ideal 1.2 + 1.2mm).
- Continuous or pulsating spot welding operation (for harder steels or for sheets with special protective films).
- Adjustment of the clamping force on the arm from 30daN to 120daN (with arm L= 110 mm).
- Handle made of heat-insulating material.
- It works on a 230V - 16A socket.
- Maintenance-free (permanent greasing).
