Fischer sealing adhesive - asp bi - ml.310
Fischer sealing adhesive - asp bi - ml.310
High modulus elastic polyurethane sealant adhesive applicable in internal and external environments.
Advantages
We recommend the use of fischer FG joint filler to fill the bottom of the joint before proceeding to sealing.
Fresh adhesive can be removed with PUR500 cleaner, SAL70 wipes or acetone.
Applications
- Sealing of floor joints in internal and external environments.
- Sealing of expansion and fractionation joints on internal and external façades.
- Joints of sheet metal and bodywork parts.
- Sealing of air ducts and components.
- Joints between different materials subject to expansion and vibration.
- Sealing and gluing in contact with food.
- Bonding of insulating plates.
- Do not use in contact with chlorides.
- Do not apply where continuous immersion in water is possible.
Assembly
Clean and degrease the surfaces before applying the product.
Adhesive: Apply in serpentines or strokes so that the adhesive can be in contact with the air to activate the cure. Keep an interval of 10 to 20 cm between the strips. Press and hold firmly.
Sealant: apply the adhesive tape to the edges of the joint and apply the product in it. Level with a spatula. Remove the tape.
In order to guarantee the absorption of the movements of the joint, the correct proportion between the width and depth of the joint must be respected: for joints with a width of ≤10 mm the correct ratio is 1:1. For joints >10 mm wide the depth should be = width / 3 + 6 mm.
Suitable for:
- Concrete (normal, lightweight and cellular)
- Masonry (brick and calcium silicate) with and without plaster
- Metal (e.g. steel, aluminum, copper)
- Wood (e.g. wooden beams and panels)
- Plastics (e.g. PVC, see exceptions)
- Gypsum (e.g. plasterboard, gypsum fiber)
Unsuitable:
