FIELD APPLICATION

Bonding: e.g. glass, stone, natural stone, concrete, stucco, many plastics, wood, plywood, trespa, iron, aluminium, zinc, steel, stainless steel and other metals, ceramic tiles, cork and mirrors. Mounting: e.g. mouldings, beadings, of wood, head boards, window sills, thresholds, bands, slabs, insulation material, gypsum, ornaments of styrofoam and trim. Sealing: among other applications for internal frames (plastic), stairs, mouldings, window sills, thresholds, panels and plaster. Also suitable for sealing cracks in walls and ceilings. Not suitable for polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), PTFE and bitumen.

METHOD OF USE

Glueing and fitting: cut the nozzle to a diameter of at least 0.5 cm. Sealing: cut off nozzle transversely according to the width of the joint. Gluing and mounting apply the glue in strips or in such a way point (about 10-40 cm) and always in the corners and along the edges of the plates. Apply the material within 10 minutes at the desired position and press firmly, or fasten gently with a rubber hammer. Tighten or fasten the heavy-duty material for 4 hours, as needed. Fixing by hand is completed after 30 minutes (the structure is now strong enough to be transported or subjected to a light load); the maximum final strength of the bonding after about 4 hours, depending on the gluing surface, and environmental conditions. Sealing: apply evenly the glue down to the base of the joint and smooth out within 10 minutes with the help of a putty knife damp (soapy water without lemon) or a finger. Smooth the vertical joints from bottom to top. Full cure after several days (depending on the thickness of the layer). In the case of overcoating with paint alkyd is possible for the paint to dry more slowly. Stains/Residue: To clean tools and remove residues of glue is wet, use turpentine. The glue residue will dry, can only be removed mechanically.
