Do you ship abroad?

We even safely ship abroad. In all EU countries the shipping cost is € 14.90. For special, oversized, voluminous loads, we will first give a shipping estimate.

For Switzerland the shipping cost is € 9 for all normal loads (excluding MwSt / VAT 8% - excluding customs clearance fees: from Fr 20 to Fr 50 based on value and type of goods). For heavy loads the cost is € 59, and for heavy and voluminous loads the cost is € 89. For special, oversized, voluminous loads, we will first give a shipping estimate. (Click here for more info)

How will you send me large machines?

For large and heavy motorcycle shipments we use Artoni couriers. Delivery times increase. (Click here for more info)

Shipping Times?

For standard shipments the average time is 24/48 hours; for bulky shipments it is 4/5 days. Shipments abroad take 4/5 days.

How can I pay for the order?

You can choose to pay online with a credit card through POS Xpay Cartasi, by PayPal, by bank transfer or by cash on delivery. The latter requires prior authorization and carries an additional cost of €4 (courier cost to manage the payment). (Click here for more information on payment).

Can I collect the order from a shop?

Of course. You can collect your order at one of the two shops (Masera or Santa Maria Maggiore). We will let you know as soon as your order is ready.

What guarantees are there?

Fershop Service Plus: Total Satisfaction Guaranteed or Money Back. 
In case of a problem, we will immediately replace or refund the amount spent. Just inform us with a simple email or a phone call (toll free number 800 98 50 39).
Zero Bureaucracy: ours is a family business made up of "real" people. Never hesitate to contact us. Do you have doubts? Is what you bought not totally satisfactory? Call us or send us an 
mail. It is in our interest to try to always find the best solutions for our customers. Frank and sincere dialogue will help us solve any issue.

Do you provide assistance in the event of malfunction?

Fershop Service Plus: Total Assistance! Our customers are precious to us. If the machinery you purchase breaks down, here’s what happens: if a break down occurs in the first six months after purchase we replace the machine through a Total Warranty. After six months you can contact one of the many service centres operating throughout Italy. We will give you all the necessary information. Or else, we can take care of everything: collection, positioning, and returning. Simply  mail us or, even better, call 800 98 50 39.  We will analyse the problem together and find the best solution for meeting your needs. Assistance has always been a very important aspect of our work. It is therefore in our best interests to solve any problem and never leave something hanging. Clear and calm dialogue is always best when trying to solve problems. 

Can I return the goods?

Certainly. In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005, we provide for the return of goods within 14 days of purchase. As sellers we are required by the aforementioned law to reimburse all payments received, including any shipping costs incurred by the customer. Obviously the goods must be in the same state as they were when we sent them. The goods will be returned at our expense to Janni & Ceschi Srl at Via Stazione, 2 - 28855 Masera (VB). However, contact us (0324 232839). Our staff will take care of all the procedures so that no inconvenience is incurred by the customer. The refund will be made no later than 14 days from receipt of the returned product.

Who is Fershop®?

Fershop® is a Janni & Ceschi s.r.l registered trademark.  Our father opened his first hardware shop in Masera (VB - Piedmont) in the 1960s. He opened a second shop in Santa Maria Maggiore (VB). We have continued in our father’s footsteps, striving to work with seriousness and honesty. Today we are also operational on the internet through the Fershop.it website. Online with the Fershop® brand since 2008, we regularly sell throughout Italy. We also supply goods abroad to European countries (Spain, France, and Germany), Albania, Africa, and South America. We work almost exclusively with artisans, companies, workshops, and professionals. We are here for those who need quality products at competitive prices.

What is the minimum order?

The site stipulates a minimum order of € 10.00. You can easily place orders for over € 10.00 and choose your preferred shipping and payment methods. Please note that there is a cost of € 5.90 for transport. In Switzerland and EU countries the minimum order is €250.

How much are shipping costs in Italy?

Shipping by GLS or Bartolini express courier costs € 5.90 for each shipment. In cases of very large shipments or difficult to reach places, transportation will be calculated on a specified basis. (Click here for more information)
