Commande facile à passer sur le site Internet Fershop. La préparation de commande est realisee avec soins (merci Simone !). Le produit est correctement emballé. La livraison internationale est bonne malgré une communication d'informations défaillante (consignes et instructions manquantes) entre les différents intervenants (It/Fr) ce qui a necessite un deuxième passage... Cependant la communication (What'App) avec le service client Fershop est au top ! et toujours à l'ecoute pour proposer des solutions.
