Non credo di aver mai incontrato, in quasi 30 anni di e-commerce un servizio clienti così serio e celere. Ho ordinato un rasaerba della Honda qualche giorno fa. Invio l’ordine alle 8:37 di mattina e nemmeno mezz’ora dopo era già stato spedito con consegna il giorno successivo. Purtroppo per un incidente (dovuto a nessuna della parti coinvolte, sono sfortuna) il carico è andato perso e fershop ha provveduto a sostituirlo immediatamente in meno di un giorno. Comunicazioni chiare e tempestive. Per non parlare dei pezzi, non credo troverete prezzi migliori in giro, il mio tosaerba costava 300 euro in meno rispetto al prezzo di listino e 100 euro in meno rispetto agli siti di e-commerce.
