Thank you for your email. The winch and rope arrived yesterday, and I was able to use it today. It worked as I expected and I moved about 10 trees ready for logging.
It was good to receive the parcel tracking reference so I could find out when it was scheduled to be delivered.
The instructions with the winch were in Italian, which I'm sorry that I don't read. But I could work out how to use the winch quite easily anyway. Perhaps it would be better to send instructions in the language of your client?
I would rate my satisfaction as 4.8 :-)

Je viens d'acquérir le treuil thermique "forest winch" et il est vraiment très pratique et très puissant !
La corde livrée avec semble résistante aux frottements et très peu élastique (très "statique" pour ceux qui font de l'escalade).
J'ai particulièrement apprécié le système d'accélération qui permet de doser facilement la vitesse de traction désirée.
J'apprécie aussi le choix d'un moteur deux temps qui permet de travailler en toute tranquillité d'esprit, sans se soucier de la lubrification du moteur.
J'ai longtemps étudié la différence entre ce treuil et le treuil canadien (PCW5000) concurrent et il n'y a pas photo pour moi : le matériel italien est bien mieux pensé (et moins cher) ! !

la différence substantielle entre les deux modèles est que le treuil portable PCW 3000 dispose d'un mécanisme de tournage continue tandis que le VF80 dispose d'un mécanisme pour l'accélération manuelle.
Cela signifie que, avec le treuil portable Docma VF80, l'arrêt se effectue automatiquement dès que l'utilisateur cesse de tirer la corde.
Ce est un grand avantage du point de vue de la sécurité offerte par la machine parce que, si l'opérateur il trébuche, le treuil se arrête automatiquement.
Quant à la portée maximale et le poids des deux modèles sont très similaires.
Le treuil Docma VF80, même si ce ne est équipé d'un moteur Honda, il est donc plus sûr et est également vendu avec 100 mètres de corde hommage.
Pour ces raisons, je recommande le treuil portable DOCMA VF80 Bolt.
