The Mujelli 200A inverter welder with 50m2 generator, complete with case and ARC035 cable kit, is a versatile and portable device, ideal for both professional and DIY welding jobs.

In MMA welding, the relationship between the nominal load voltage U2 and the welding current I2 is as follows:
WHEN 2 < or equal to 600A then U2= 20+ 0.04 2(V)

The operating principle of ARCOGEN welding machines.
The single-phase 220V AC with working frequency 50Hz is rectified into DC (about 312V), and then converted into medium frequency AC (about 50KHz) by the inverter (IGBT module). The voltage is then stepped down by the medium transformer (the main transformer) and rectified by the medium frequency rectifier (fast recovery diodes), and then output by filtering the inductance. The circuit adopts current control technology to ensure the stability of the output current. In this way, the welding current parameter can be set with stepless adjustment to better meet the welding requirements.
