Disc for glass cpv - d.180 - montolit

The diamond blade with continuous crown CPV, and is the flagship product for the water-cutting of glass tiles, glass mosaic and large glass plates thick up to 3 inches.

Thanks to a diamond special and with a very fine grain size and the particular mixture that makes up the crown diamond, the PCV returns finishes for optimum cutting by reducing almost to zero the chipping is on the surface of the glass on the coated side of the tile.

The PCV is a disc definitely superprofessionale. Even the manufacturers of ceramic and glass tiles for lining suggest to use this particular diamond blade to avoid breakage, cracks or chips during the delicate phase of cutting.

From the point of view of the feed speed, we can say that it is among the highest on the market.

In the use of a diamond disk from the glass it is always critical to a dressing daily the crown of a diamond with specific stones ravvivartici a white paste (see art. 395B by Montolit). We recommend you to rekindle the disk more times per day in order to avoid damage to the blade.

The CPV is available in different diameters ranging from 100 mm to 350mm.

An abundant use of water is essential when using diamond discs for cutting tiles or sheets of glass of any thickness.
