The push incision is made using the ergonomic handle
it is absolutely effective on all materials and becomes
indispensable on large format tiles. On the team
protractor of the tile cutter there are two measurement scales: the
first, the one positioned on the inclined part, refers to the side
of the tile and provides the correct size for all
angles. The second scale shown on the top of the
square, provides the measurement of the diagonal for 45° cuts e
particularly useful for installers.
The tool holder handle contains many particularities:
- the double split system, which intervenes both in the usual cuts
(without requiring any pull back of the handle after the
incision) and in the of cuts on the corner of the tile or cuts of
mosaic and positions itself automatically with a simple movement.
- the integrated lubricator for the carbide engraving wheel
tungsten (titanium coated) which can be operated when
necessary by the operator with a slight pressure directly on the
dispensers.
- The RAS device (Roller Adjuster System), a cylinder in
anti-friction and anti-wear material that always maintains contact
the bar/crossbar effectively canceling any lateral movement,
guarantees the perfect sliding of the tool holder and therefore
super-precise engravings.
This tile cutter has a die-cast aluminum frame and
nickel-plated steel for maximum strength and resistance to damage
atmospheric agents, the saw stand is made in special
scratch resistant plastic material. Standard titanium wheel (special
for porcelain stoneware), set square and fully foldable extension
within the overall dimensions of the machine. Sprung floors for
allow the safe gap of the tile and support rod
extractable for large tiles.
